Frequently Asked Questions

There are two ways. First, you can paste an event URL directly into Warm — we support Luma, Eventbrite, Meetup, Partiful, and many other event platforms. Second, you can use the Share Extension: when you’re viewing an event link in Safari, Messages, Slack, or any other app, tap the Share button and select Warm. The event details will be extracted automatically.

Warm can extract event details from photos of flyers, posters, and screenshots. Open the app, tap the scan option, and select an image from your photo library. On-device OCR reads the text and pulls out dates, times, locations, and event names. No images are uploaded to any server — everything happens on your iPhone.

Yes. When you grant calendar access, Warm reads your existing events so you can see your full schedule in one view. You can also save extracted events directly to your calendar. Warm supports importing .ics files and calendar subscription URLs as well.

Cadence tracking helps you maintain important relationships. Set a goal for how often you want to see or contact someone — weekly, monthly, or any interval you choose. Warm will send you a gentle reminder when it has been too long since your last interaction. It’s a simple way to be more intentional about your social connections.

Your privacy is a core design principle. All AI features in Warm run on Apple Foundation Models, which process data entirely on your device. No event data, contact information, or personal content is ever sent to external AI services. Your account data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Warm currently supports event extraction from Luma, Eventbrite, Meetup, and Partiful. We also extract structured event data (JSON-LD, Open Graph, microdata) from many other websites. If you find a platform that doesn’t work, let us know at support@agentum.app and we’ll look into adding support.

Go to Settings in the app and select “Delete Account.” This will remove your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days. Local data on your device is deleted immediately. You can also email support@agentum.app to request account deletion.

Troubleshooting

Events are not extracting from a URL

If Warm can’t pull event details from a link, try the following:

  1. Make sure you’re using the full event URL, not a shortened or tracking link.
  2. Check that you have an active internet connection.
  3. Try opening the link in Safari first to confirm it loads correctly.
  4. If the issue persists, send us the URL at support@agentum.app so we can investigate.

Calendar events are not showing up

Warm needs calendar permission to display and sync events.

  1. Open iPhone Settings and navigate to Privacy & Security > Calendars.
  2. Make sure Warm is listed and enabled.
  3. Return to Warm and pull down to refresh.
  4. If specific calendars are missing, check that they are enabled in the iPhone Calendar app as well.

Contacts are not syncing

Contact synchronization requires permission from your device.

  1. Open iPhone Settings and navigate to Privacy & Security > Contacts.
  2. Ensure Warm has access enabled.
  3. Restart the app and allow a moment for the initial sync to complete.

Share Extension is not appearing

If you don’t see Warm in the Share Sheet:

  1. Open the Share Sheet from any app (e.g., Safari).
  2. Scroll to the end of the app row and tap “More.”
  3. Find Warm in the list and toggle it on.
  4. You can also reorder it so it appears near the top for quick access.

Photo scanning is not detecting event details

OCR works best with clear, well-lit images.

  1. Make sure the text in the photo is legible and not blurry.
  2. Crop the image to focus on the event details if there is a lot of surrounding content.
  3. Try a different photo or take a new one with better lighting.
  4. Handwritten text may not be recognized reliably. Printed text works best.

Notifications are not arriving

  1. Open iPhone Settings > Notifications > Warm.
  2. Ensure “Allow Notifications” is enabled.
  3. Check that your preferred alert style (Banners, Alerts) is selected.
  4. Make sure Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode is not blocking Warm notifications.
